I’m Joe Edwards. After years of honing a successful floral business, I took my love of good food and business experience in a new direction. One thing I noticed we lacked in Bronxville, NY was a unique dessert shop that could capture the hearts and palates of this amazing community. Armed with the culinary ingenuity of two CIA-trained chefs and my successful business background, I created Cookies N’ Cream.
I was drawn in by 6.5-ounce warm cookies, generously overstuffed with locally made ice cream, and the demand for this dessert experience has been overwhelming.
